Voting

The organisers reserve the right to investigate voting activity where there are reasonable concerns about manipulation or abuse.

Paid Voting & Payments

Where paid voting is enabled, payments are processed through the payment methods made available on the platform.

A payment does not automatically guarantee that a vote will be accepted. Transactions must be successfully verified and comply with the applicable voting rules.

Payment transaction records may be retained for security, accounting, verification and audit purposes.

Where a payment issue occurs, users should contact support with the relevant transaction or reference information.

Fraud, Abuse & Manipulation

Users must not attempt to manipulate the awards or voting process.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating fraudulent accounts.
• Automated or bot-based voting.
• Attempting to bypass voting limits.
• Using another person's account.
• Manipulating payment or transaction information.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security.
• Any activity intended to artificially influence voting results.

We may invalidate suspicious votes, suspend accounts or take other appropriate action where abuse is detected.

User-Submitted Content

Where users submit information, messages, photographs, biographies or other material to the platform, they are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate and that they have the necessary rights to submit it.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive or infringes the rights of another person or organisation.
